Who we are
GaaPerformance provides Gaelic games match analysis software. You can contact us at info@gaaperformance.com.
What we collect when you enquire
School name, your name, work email, role, county, any message you send, and how you found our website (for example the advert or link you clicked). We do not ask for, and you should not send, any pupil information in an enquiry.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration and discuss the Schools package. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to requests you make. We do not sell your information.
Using the app in school
Match records can include player names, numbers and statistics, which may be personal data. We recommend schools use first names, numbers or anonymised labels where practical, and keep access teacher-controlled. The Schools package does not include public pupil profiles or individual pupil accounts. Before a school starts using the app we will agree the school's and our responsibilities in writing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. School match data is kept while the subscription is active and deleted on request or after it ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to us using it, by emailing info@gaaperformance.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
